How does it work?

  1. You’ll do one workout per day.

Can I keep going after the 21 days?

Absolutely! This is all about helping you build a healthy lifestyle, not a “get-in-get-out” program. I will give you all the tools you need to eat without depriving yourself of your favorite foods, how to workout with proper form, and provide you with healthy habits for life.

Do I need a gym membership or be local to you?

No. These monthly challenges are hosted online and you practice them in the privacy of your home. Watch this to have a clear idea of what getting extreme means:

What are the requirements to be in your group?

I do not charge extra for you to be part of my monthly challenges.

I do require the following:

  1. I must be your assigned coach. Create your free account at: http://www.teambeachbody.com/coachcriss.
  2. You must choose a Beachbody fitness program. If you don’t own one that you would like to do, I will personally help you select a workout and meal plan tailored to you and your goals. (Be sure to ask how you can save 25-30% by ordering your Shakeology and program together).
  3. You must be willing to share and participate in the group. This is a lifestyle change, NOT a quick fix. There will be daily assignments and check-ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person.
  4. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for 30 days and follow my nutrition guide. This is going to ensure that you get the best outcome. Remember, diet makes up 70% of your results, so there will be a big emphasis on teaching you how to fuel your body.
